Great for a relaxing Coach trip and a good nights rest.
Its very close to Victoria Coach Station and emanates.
There are not many cheap shops or pubs of an evening.

Location was great. Close to central london
My mixed dorm didn't have curtains for the bunk beds so there was no privacy.

Location is excellent and the room was clean.
The luggage cases under the bed were not the easiest to use and were noisy (not great when others are sleeping)

Great location! Rooms were clean. The bed bunks had cages that you could store belongings.
other guests being inconsiderate. The cages didnt come with locks you had to buy them.

Dont recomend.
They had a nice tv room with a big screen. Most of the staff were nice.
When me and my husband checked in we asked to stay in the same room bc their was a problem when we booked our rooms. They couldnt help us over the phone or when we arrived so we had to stay in separate rooms for one week. Some of the staff were not nice. The room for 6 ppl were really small and their were No air and really warm during the night

Pleasant
Good hostel for the low price, staff a bit middle-of-the-road in terms of politeness
The common is cosy with a large projector screen, and the bathroom facilities in the room are clean and decent.
The staff are OK, but one (a guy) was a bit passive-aggressive when he "ordered" everyone to leave the common room at 2am. It felt that he looked down on hostel residents. Compared to hostels like Wombats and Generator, the staff at Astor Kensington are not as warm or welcoming.

Beautiful building thats just a stone throw from Natural History museum. Great friendly staff. Has a kitchen and a massive sitting room. Everything you expect from a well run hostel.
The sheer number of stairs to climb to get to the room

Superb
Excellent staff, value for money and clean.
The receptionist and staff were very polite and cordial in their relations with everyone. From the date of my checkin till departure, the staff were excellent. Clean rooms, nice lounge.
The dinning area had a lot of old furniture which could be improved. Chairs could replace wooden benches to make it more comfortable.
