The location is excellent, right next to Hyde park and close enough to public transport. The check-in and check-out were quick and easy. Great price given the location.

The room was overcrowded and could use more storage space and a place to rest your stuff, some hanging area for jackets would be a great improvement, and somewhere to hang/dry the wet towels (couple of hooks on each bed would be a good start). Also, the room could use a better ventilation or having the option to open the window. The in-room bathroom was not maintained regularly, and the other ones are in better condition, but there's still room for improvement.

It will be an ideal place if basic things like shower, toilet, air, charging become easily useable

I liked the spaciousness of the stairwell, corridors and room, at least the one I was in. I was pleased that there was a tap and a washbasin in the room, convenient for removing lenses. Also the appearance of the building and most importantly, the area and location. The candy bar and drink vending machine only accepts coins, but it's great that it's there. I liked the availability of seating in the stairwell. In terms of price/quality ratio, this is a very good place with minor drawbacks. If they don't fix them, you can just take them into account when going there.

The charging situation is no good. There are only two USB sockets built into the bed, but it seems that they provide minimal current; the phone may not be fully charged overnight, not to mention the power bank. There were only 4 sockets in the room for 12 people. Not places with sockets, but sockets. If you need to quickly charge your phone, you may not be able to do it. Combining a toilet and shower in one room is not the best idea. This increases the queues and makes the shower dirty. I didn't sleep the night before leaving and heard the toilets being cleaned at night, which explains why they weren't very clean during the day. I hope the owners will read it and be sure to put 2-3 hooks near the shower, if the shelf is an unaffordable luxury. Now you have to hang all your things two meters from the shower on 3 small hooks (2 in a another place because 1 was broken) and carry everything into the shower, where you have nowhere to put it. If you forgot your slippers, you will have to walk across the dirty floor near the toilet. There is never any toilet paper in the paper dispenser, and the roll is right behind you. If you are not an acrobat, then without getting up from the toilet it is very difficult to get it from behind your back and not drop it on the floor. Nobody needs stainless steel space technology if it still doesn't work. A simple cheap rod would do the job. There was not enough fresh air in the room, despite the impressive high ceilings. But the rail with holes that regulated the openness of the window did not allow it to be fixed wide enough even at maximum.

Great location, good value for money, clean, warm (very important!) nice communal areas. Breakfast was excellent value for money. All guests were very friendly, respectful and polite.

The shower rooms got a bit messy (understandably) so providing a mop would be useful for keeping floors clean.

The toilet in the room I've stayed seem like it hasn't been cleaned for ages. No lift and I was allocated on the 4th floor. So wouldn't recommend if you have big luggage with you. Good thing, I had only a small one.
