great spot but needs some money spent on it and so love

loved the location and the size of the 3 bedroom apartment - was great and easy to get to and close to the hospital and there was places close that we could eat - beds we comfortable

the property needs a little love - we had trouble with Crockroach's in the 3 bedroom apartment - we had our 83 yr old Mother who is not good on her feet - was not good for her as we struggled with the stairs just to get into the bottom floor apartment - there was no rails for her - the pool was dirty - the apartment other than that with a little love could be so good = perfect location = I would probably not stay there again

Sleepless in Rosehill.

Clean and tidy, convenient location. Kitchen, washer and dryer would be good for a longer stay.

Tiny air conditioner in lounge area. No air conditioning in bedrooms - it was sooooo hot and stuffy and impossible to get to sleep. Little wall fans did not help. Onsite parking should have been free but was charged a fee.
