Safe and clean accommodation away from Central London

The apartment was clean with good size. The location was near the Westfield shopping mall. The metro station was 15mins walk from the hotel.

No daily service, but you have to pay GBP15 extra per day for the housekeeping. The bed was not very comfortable. You will need to budget 30-45mins by metro from the hotel to Central London.

The location was perfect, the facility was clean and quiet.The breakfast was also excellent, I would recommend to always include breakfast, you won't regret it.

The only thing that didn't work for us was the dishwasher but other than that everything was great.

We loved and enjoyed our stay!

Location was excellent! Proximity to the Westfield mall was fantastic. Cozy comfortable bed. Cooking facilities excellent ; we were able to shop at Waitrose and Sainsburys which are very near by ; so we cooked and enjoyed our stay tremendously . Heating in the apartment was also great

No cleaning service for free for short stays like ours Tv in the room wasnt a smart TV so no Netflix Staff were not as friendly or welcoming as we see with staff of some other hotels.

Cleanliness and comfort

Very comfortable room with a nice view of the city. Perfect cleanliness. Kind and helpful staff. Shopping center, restaurants nearby. Close to public transport, easy to get to many directions to visit London. Very good place to stay in London. We will definitely come back.

Modern, green and clean.

I like the location of the hotel. It is next to the big mall that has everything you need. Also it has a small grocery, Sainsbury and a little Asian corner grocery close by. Not to mention the transportation, underground, over ground, train station next to it, very convenient.
