Not clean bathroom was dated and tile had mold

The bathroom is old and the shower tiles have mildew and mold. Def not a clean bathroom. Elevators were messed up. Room didnt seem clean. Carpet on the floor was old. Location was the only thing good. Dont book here.

Overall was a great stay!

Breakfast was very good, staff were extremely courteous, and the location was within walking distance to area attractions.

The pillows were like rocks.

Good value to stay in downtown Charlotte

Prompt and courteous valet parking attendants. Efficient and courteous check in staff. Kind and helpful cleaning staff. Excellent complimentary breakfast. There is an exceptional restaurant at the top of the building, also.
