A great stay and will return as we visit Charlotte family frequently.

Location is excellent, breakfast was very good with many options and kept very clean. The hotel was quiet and the beds were comfortable.

Staff was great. Melba is a gem, an extraordinary employee.The others were excellent also.

One of two elevators was out of service, so the waits were a little long.

Everything was very clean. The rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. Loved the location. It was very close to restaurants and shopping.

The overall stay was very nice.

Almost Everything.

I was told that it was wheelchair accessible. Not so much, I had a very difficult time getting into the bathroom.
