Some staff not nice/rude. Bathroom was dirty (especially toilett). First room had defective fire alarm making noise, second room was noisy due to elevator making extremely loud noise. Also, bathroom smelled like cigarette.

The location was amazing walking distance to everything and was right near where we needed to go the next day. Loved the maple breakfast sausage they had wish we could find it where we live but not sure what kind it was!
The pool was cold which I myself didnt get in my kids did and they didnt last long. And there was no microwave in our room to heat up our babies bottles luckily we had family staying in another room that had a microwave.

The location was great and the room was very spacious and clean.
Sadly the smoke alarms in our room were out of date. Which caused them to beep our entire stay. Beeping smoke alarms can mean a multitude of things but either way it is a hazard to the hotel and its guest.

The location was great. It was very accessible to things we wanted to visit. Breakfast was pretty good if you weren't able yo get out. We were able to visit a lot of Charlotte's attractions.
I requested a cleaning of my room. I was told it would get done. The hotel was sold out as there was a Pink concert that weekend. My wife and I went out and visited some tourist attractions. Upon our return to the room, housekeeping still had not attended to our room.

$25 parking, $50 dep which never got refunded .. terrible place
Close to my doctor.
They lied and took $75 and havent refunded it yet!!! $25 parking .. really? When the room is already so expensive .. I wasnt prepared to lay that and a $50 security fee.. which I havent be refunded !! Front staff not friendly .. the place smells and is poorly run. Breakfast was disgusting!! Not the usual Hampton Inn atmosphere for sure .. they should change their name I wouldnt go again for any reason!!

Enjoyable and convenient, we would come again.
Convenient location to Spectrum Center. We came to town for a concert. Quick walk to and from.
Better selection at breakfast. I found JT hard to find something to eat.
