Fantastic Hotel, super friendly staff, great restaurants.

Accessing by car/taxi is a problem because of traffic in JBR (can take up to 20 minutes for last 500m)

The best hotel I've ever experienced

The rooftop pool is fabulous. The hotel generally is great. The stuff are helpful. Room is clean. Lot's of restaurants and pools. Full control over your room with the tablet.

They had a weird routine for cleaning, even if you are in the room, the cleaning staff comes in after ringing the bell. We asked them not to do that, but the first time that happened was surprising enough. I hope they change this routine, so if you are already in the room, they don't come in. Otherwise you might take a shower and when you come back see you have a guest.

Breakfast was excellent, good range of food and drink selection was great. Room and bathroom were good size, bath was good size. Roof top Pool is fantastic, views and ambience was great. Gym was very well kitted out.

Informed about what floor the room would be before booking - option to upgrade to higher room available would be good to have next time.

Good but..

The space itself is great. The hotel has a luxurious lobby. The facilities are amazing, specially the gym and the top floor infinity pool. The food is also great.

This is the second time I stay in the Address beach resort within less than 8 weeks, which says a lot about how good the facilities are. However, I had two negative incidents with staff that coloured my whole experience in the hotel and I dont consider visiting the hotel ever again. The first thing was that upon checkout I was charged twice for my bill. I was told the first time I paid that the transaction did not go through and I paid a second time. I checked my bank statement and I showed the receptionist that I was charged twice. She said it was going to bounce back within a minute but it didnt. She also said she was going to check with their finance office about it and she will email me, but I still havent received any email. I was told that my receipt will be sent via email but again nothing came. I still havent received my money back and Ill have to deal with the hassle of getting this sorted. Another incident was a very racist remark that was said to me by one of the workers in the chocolate shop at level G. This was very unprofessional and I chose not to react to it. But Im responding here to say that people who work in the hotel represent the hotel and they should be responsible for what they say to their guests. By all means this was my own experience and because of that I choose not to come again. But if you never visited its worth a visit.

It was good with amazing service and amazing memories

The staff, the lobby, and the decoration of the room and the cleaners of the room, and the view of the room was amazing. Amazing amazing.

I did not expect the roof swimming pool to be that small and that shallow. It was very small and crowded. I thought it would be bigger and the bathroom as I informed the staff was a little bit smelly.
