The ambiance and rooms were great. Even the food was delicious. Overall it was a great stay. This has become our go to resort in Matheran.

Overall Good

Overall it was a good package although the cost was High. The ambience was very good and facilities were excellent. The Location is good . The Rooms were clean and service was good.

The staff was not available in the night. There was no one at the reception in the night which is quite risky in terms of urgency

Stay and food was fantastic, wl refer to friends

Breakfast was too good but some more items have to be added for choices, location wise Adamo is best , wl prefer again but in heritage rooms

In overall stay main issue was of tap water as pressure was very low and also one doesnt get hot water during evening hours due to solar thats the major issue has to be resolved, geysers has to be installed. Difficult to take bath in colds

property is in very good location hardly 10 min walk from station, rooms are neat and tidy best part is evening vibes are awesome no pollution, surrounded by greenery, cool weather everything is perfect, morning breakfast also taking worth to include in package. Must consider for accumulation.

inclusive lunch and dinner its really worthy for non vegiterian people they have good quality food at very reasonable price , but not worth for veg people little expesive they need to think on pricing for veg part rest is perfectly ok.
