the breakfast was at the Otis hotel, because AC dont have restaurant The location was ok

the hotel charge me valet parking, and i always park myself. I think this is very bad practice.

Very good

Very nice room, very comfortable, good lighting, blackout blinds. Rooms are cleaned everyday. Nice shower and bathroom

Small room, no makeup mirror, extremely bright when the blinds are up so you can't watch the TV.

Exceptional

what I love the most about the property was the front desk staff, very professional and helpful.

They charged you for parking when supposed to be included. Thats a main issue in Austin.

Disappointing

The views, the comfortable bed, some amenities, and the staff.

The hallways and elevators smelled so strong of perfume and cleaning chemicals that it was hard to breath. It also felt like we were being scammed having to pay for basic things like breakfast, laundry service when being charged already $130+ a night
