Exceptional city life excursion for a couples getawaycouples getaway!

The art work was very unique, everyone that helped us were nice and welcoming. The restaurant was good, and the view of downtown was cool.

It was a little noisy in the morning but that is because we were downtown and work starts in the morning by some crews. So it was not unusual.

One of the best hotels in downtown Austin. Well definitely be back.

Great location. Close to restaurants. Very comfortable bed. Nice shower. Great staff.

The property was good. But apparently they have shuttle that can take you places within 3 miles. But we were not told about it until checking out when asking if they had airport shuttles. I wish we were told when checking in. Many restaurants and bars are within walking distance, but there were a few places that we wanted to that are further. We had to take a Lyft to get there.

Not a bad place to stay, but not up to the standards that I came to know in the Zaza in Dallas where I stayed several ye

The location is perfect and the decor attractive. The room was comfortable and spacious.

Generally, the hotel staff was okay, but not great. They did little to make us feel welcome, but at least they were not rude. The restaurant staff was much better, though the food was not that good.

Breakfast not included, though there was a free breakfast one day, which was a bonus. Cocktails delivered to room, also a bonus.

View - windows frosted because view was subpar. Didn't expect that, which was a negative to my stay.

Superfantastic

This property is legit. I stay in 5 star hotels around the world. Zaza competes with just about any of them. The staff is wonderful and pay attention to detail. (Front desk staff heard my wife and talking about her 50th bday and about an hour later we had a complimentary bottle of champagne in the room.) The spa was amazing (facials and massages), the rooms are clean and large, the pool area was very nice and food on the 7th flr was delightful.
