Charming, sweet spot to stay

Excellent place to stay with so much charm. Highly recommend it for a weekend getaway or for a chill family outing. I will definitely stay again.

Superb

Great place, great price, stiff backs

The location was great. The staff were friendly. The hotel was super clean. Parking was easy. The price was great.

The beds. Thats all. The only thing we didnt enjoy was how uncomfortable the beds are. We got up each morning, after tossing and turning and throughout the night, to sore backs and necks. This lead to headaches and painswe would book again if the mattresses are ever changed out.

Superb

Great Aesthetic, nice gym facilities and Yoga studio. Front desk Associate was very friendly, very accommodating, even handled a complaint with great professionalism. She was cool, calm and collected. Thank you! Rooms are BEAUTIFUL, two bedrooms are spacious, washer and dryer were a nice surprise.

This hotel is one of the most quiet that Ive stayed in. Our group received a complaint around 10pm on a Saturday. A game of Heads Up got competitive lol

i actually loved it overall

i loved the atmosphere and location, rooms setup was good too. the staff was friendly i didnt get a lot of info from front desk initially so i dont know if they had room service or any additional services or amenities other than the coffee shop down in the parlor. the look was amazing. and the rooms were very comfortable.

i didnt know you served breakfast, we did go to the coffee house and the first night they girls were friendly but the second and third morning the gentleman and workers were having a conversation , not engaging in eye contact ,not trying to conversate with us, first night our menu was brought to us the 2nd and 3rd they just told us "menu is over here" it was just a big difference.

A must stay with kids. Pick up groceries and travel with ease.

Beautiful property perfect for a family. Loved the set-up. Felts like a condo with some hotel amenities. The childrens area is beautiful and a thoughtful addition. The room amenities were fantastic and made for a smooth trip with kids. We definitely utilized the bath and shower and kitchen!

The beds and pillows were not comfortable. The bed was stiff and the pillows were filled with air and were hard on the body and not adjustable. Softer throw blankets would be great too. Came on a holiday weekend for 3 days and the food truck was not open 2 of them. Enjoyed it the third day but would have loved it at least for 2. Kids wished the pool was heated.

Good experience for family vacation

Everything was good. Room is amazing, with a lot of space and kitchen features. Self parking for $30 was decent and convenient. It was a 8-10 mns drive to the downtown area.

The room view was to a parking lot and there was no shade to be able to open the windows with some privacy.

It is a decent hotel and the people & staff were pleasant.

The staff always greeted you when you opened the front door to the hotel. Very pleasant experience. I didn't get a chance to go to the pool area because it was raining all 4 days I was there.

The floors were of cement material and can be quite slippery especially in the bathroom area. I had to put down towels from slipping or sliding around. Additionally, the water in Austin is the hard water variety so they use a chemical softener in the water for the showers, that doesn't give you a clean feeling and rinsing feels odd because the chemical softener + soap makes the water feel sort of slimy so be aware of that, this isn't so much a hotel issue but an Austin city issue. Very good

All in all, great experience.

The space was lovely with great touches, had big lobby rooms, cafe, and a great little gym. Room service was quick and accomodating to any request.

we were told room service cleaning was once a week only. And that we had a dishwater to clean extra dishware that was taken to our room, but there was no dishwashing machine.
