Clean and location was good

Had to ask many many times for an extra bed which was requested as soon as we checked in. Did not actually arrive until long after we wanted to go to bed to be able to get an early flight.

It's an amazing place the orchard greens resort & spa....I really appreciate the whole staff either it's front desk, house keeping, restaurant staff or laundry everyone push there limits to make us feel very comfortable in every aspect. Thankyou for your kind hospitality. We really appreciate it.

Manali will make you forget your worries

Overall this was a nice experience filled with a few minor hiccups. - Family Room size and balcony view - Away from the hustle-bustle of the Mall road - Helpful traveldesk - Early check-in and late check-out

- As the property was not even 50% occupied, the facilities were also reduced! Food options were very limited - no tandoor at all! No live counter for breakfast! - Too much wastage of water. They use solar water heaters and they ask you to keep the tap open for 10-15 minutes! When I didn't get hot water even after 10 minutes, I was asked to wait for another 15 minutes! That's sheer wastage of water!!! - Being a little far from the mall road, had to shell out ~INR200 every time I moved out of the hotel! I would want to visit the same hotel again though as I believe they were not fully prepared because of the low occupancy!

Disappointing

Don't rely on the staff honoring your booking

There was no wifi in the hotel due to a monsoon rainstorm, and so the hotel staff refused to honor our booking as they could not pull it up. After a 6 day hike, this was a hassle we definitely didn't need.

amazing property in old Manali ! must stay

The property is located in Old Manali . Walking distance to all nice restaurants and also very close to Mall Road . the stay was peaceful and quaint . The property is new and nice and has swimming pool , hot jaccuzi , games room and gym . Very good for family stay . staff is kind

The beds are extra soft . there is a ramp to go up to the property without stairs and cars not allowed .

Location and Luxury - summing up with two words

Room: Large and spacious, a real luxury with superb view of the valley. Cleanliness : Very well maintained facility Staff: Really supportive and welcoming staff; always willing to take special request to make your stay a memorable one. Breakfast: Dad been the the first choice to load self and get ready for the day. Breakfast had good variety including freshly made dosas and uthpam; along with milk, cornflakes, sandwiches etc. Breakfast had fruits ( papaya, watemelon, banana), which was really nice as I ensure to have fruits daily. Location: Being close (around 1.5km) to Mall road one can easily walk to mall road; also taxis/autos are always available at the gates for easy travel. So for 3 days of my stay, each evening we could easily reach to mall road. Also not being on mall road, you skip the crowd and noise. So its like having best of both worlds. 2 mins walk to the old club house and river. Parking: Parking is open and spacious and within the walls of the facility, so no issues with the safety. Special thanks to Riya ji for the hospitality and courtesy.

I do not have any negatives for the facility. Only have good memories. May be some more open spaces and outdoors would add further and make a resort experience. But eventually one will have so much to do at Manali itself, one doesn't expect to do outdoors at hotel.

Unfortunately, it was not good and I wont recommend it at all.

Rooms were spacious

Staff was not professional at all. It appears that they have given the management to 3rd Party who does not have any experience in hotel management. It feels like a 1 star hotel staff.
