The host was very communicative, kind, and welcoming. Small tour of the house was efficient and I was not disturbed at all. Bed was very comfortable, and shower/bathroom was clean.

Francien is a wonderful host and made me feel so welcome. The house is immaculate and beautiful, with homely touches in the room and throughout. She is very knowledgeable and had suggestions on where to go, eat etc. when I was not sure. She was so happy to get to know about my stay (I was visiting for Pokmon Go Fest), and to learn about me, which I'm sure is the same with other guests. I really felt at home throughout and, if I am to ever need to be near there in the future, will look up this place again.

The only thing I didn't like was that I wasn't able to stay and visit London for longer.

A cosy home away from home.

Host & assistant was very welcoming. Room was clean, plenty of plugs and usb ports around the room and well maintained facilities.

Unfortunately the bed sheets were a bit rough.

A lovely place to stay!

The host Francien is very helpful and very friendly, she will go out of her way to make sure you feel at home. The room was beautiful, quiet and comfortable. All facilities were very clean.

The host was exceptional. This was my first time in London. She assisted me a lot with directions. Thank you Francine.

I stayed only two nights due to change in travel plans. I would have expected a refund for the other two nights that I was not there as I checked out at 7am.

Cosy and friendly Brixton/ Lambeth homestay option.

Homey comfortable accommodation. Lots of coffee / tea / candies in the room. Comfortable and well-appointed common areas (back garden, living room and kitchen) that we unfortunately under-used. Francien is a gracious host who takes a lot of pride in opening her family home to guests.

Would've been nice to be able to lock our room door from the outside when we left. But we do understand it's difficult to make doors lockable in a private home. Also had to wait a couple hours to check in as the host didn't get back on time four our check-in time and room wasn't ready. But Francien apologised profusely and we had access to the common areas while we waited.
