Bed is okay

Me and my partner stayed in London Central Rooms from 26th to 30th December. On the add on your site iz says that the adress is Gloucester place 62, but when you come there you see that in reality is Gloucester place 62a so that is basically basement - that was first red flag for us because is says nowhere that these rooms are in the basement. The second red flag for us was cleaningnes, it was awful, dirty, disgusting. Both of the shared bathrooms were last cleaned i think 2 years ago because it was moldy, rusty, very dirty all over the place(i will attach pictures from the bathroom). It was so disgusting in the tub that we hardly shower in our 4 nights stay. One of the two bathrooms didnt have hot water. The heating was off for the night so it was freezing in the room, the windows are like paper so it was cold in a minute. Room is defenately not sound proof! You could litterally hear everything(just talk) from the other room and every car from the street which was on the other site of that building. The room was dusty, it was everywhere on the ground, under the bed, on the shalves. That place is defenately a real scam, you as a platform for hotels need to check the adresses, the pictures on your site are so great and beautiful but when you get there reallity hits you hard.

London Christmas lights for one day

The owner, Gabriel, is wonderful and offers you the possibility to have breakfast or a drink in his kitchen. I had a problem with my adapter and he offered me one. Location ok, served by bus and with some restaurants near there.

Even if, in general, the room and the bathroom were clean, the concept of cleaning is different in Italy. I dont like basement apartments, but for one night this was enough.

One of the best, most affordable places to stay overnight in London if youre on a budget.

Perfect, had so much to offer in the kitchen. Location is incredible, easy bus access too.

Maybe the locking system could be improved otherwise was perfect

I recommend!

We had a very pleasant stay here. The host is quite nice and tells you everything you need to know. We had a late check in since our flight arrived around midnight and he issued us with the door code. The room was tidy and it had everything you need for a few nights stay. The kitchen was always available and stacked with food and drinks. The shared bathroom was not a problem at all, theres two bathrooms you can use so its very unlikely for both of them to be taken. The location is amazing, everything we needed to see is in a max. 40 min. walk. Overall, we had a lovely stay and will definitely be back here if we visit London again!

Wonderful host and the perfect little base to enjoy a few days in London

Loved everything about this cute little property. Amazing host, who was incredibly friendly and accommodating. All that was needed to enjoy London for a couple of nights. Breakfast and coffee provided in shared kitchen. We arrived in London early and were able to use the kitchen to make breakfast and brew before wed even checked in. We also left out luggage while our room was prepared. The host did not have to do this, but it was very thoughtful and considerate after our long journey.

Cant complain about anything!

We were completely satisfied with our 5 night stay and would highly recommend it.

Gabriel, our host, was excellent. Prior to arrival, he responded to our questions and provided clear directions to ensure we could find the accommodation. Gabriel is very personable and helpful. The accommodation was very clean and exceeded our expectations. Wifi was fast. The availability of using the kitchen was great. Location was within walking distance to the Underground, Oxford Street and the theatre district.

Warm and welcoming gem. Great value for money

What a marvellous host we had with Gabrielle. A shared kitchen stocked to the brim with beverages and breakfasts at no extra cost. Very comfy bed! Great location for Hyde Park and tube stations (15min walk to either) Towels, ironing boards, toiletries all readily available. Suitcase storage hold on last day so you can go sightseeing for just a little longer. Excellent value for money.

Nothing really. Prefer a private bathroom but 3 shared available. Room was very warm in December but this was controllable and fans available.
