Facilities are old, the shower gel smells like strawberry cold syrup, the sound insulation is very poor, and the most important - my towel has really heavy pet smells!!

The pictures look way way better. Dont let the word penthouse fool you. Its not very clean. Its not well maintained. I wouldnt recommend

Really terrible. Not like the picture. Old equipment, smelly bathroom, uncomfortable bed. Bad attitude of hotline staff. Electricity broke on the second night and we had to move to another room. Staff did not inform us about road repairs in front of the homestay. Very noisy. This is the second time I have stayed at Sazi Home Hanoi, but this time we were really disappointed. We will never stay here again as it is not worth the money we paid.

Ok flat, very noisy neighbourhood.

Location was great within the French Quarter

Proximity to very noisy bar that led to us moving rooms within the property so the two bedroom flat became one useable room. Flat is tired, the pictures are far better than the reality.

good experience nice host quiet little alleyway

good location for long walks about town lots of restaurants coffee shops many places to visit in 15-20 min walk. felt safe walking around late at night friendly people about. the host was really good and accommodating to us about arriving early. the place was very clean and really comfortable beds and sheets. large bedroom with lots of storage if you stay longer. morning coffee right down stars. shower is a bit odd but thats typical for there. we enjoyed our 6 day stay despite a few issues.

the awful sewage smell in the washroom when you flush toilet or take a shower. it is really noisy in the bedroom directly over the coffee shop which is open from 7am-10 pm non stop you hear the coffee grinder for every fresh cup they make and the people talking like they are in your room. but 10pm- 7 am very quiet. if your a heavy sleeper or early riser it may not bother you. if the toilet issue gets resolved then I would say it would have been a more pleasant stay.

Very good

Excellent location, spacious and comfortable apartment

The apartment is bright, spacious, has all the amenities needed. The wardrobe is a bit in the way, too close from the bed. The bed is comfortable. The staff is very helpful and reactive.

The only concern is that on w.e. there is very very loud music from 7:30 pm to 10:30-11:00 pm.

Unprofessional

The host was responsive, however not that helpful

On the day of arrival, the host informed about the unavailability of the booking and switched me to another location. The new location faced the street directly with loud noise and less security. When complained about the noise, the host offer an alternative option, but I already lost 3 nights of sleep. Apartment was not well ventilated and bathroom had mold. At that point, I moved out to another hotel without any form of reimbursement for the rest of the unused booking.
