Superb

Perfect location for our visit which was to the Royal Albert Hall carol service , it was about 10 min walk away

Small boutique hotel . Lovely decoration . Friendly staff . Liked that you had to ring the bell to enter , people could not just walk in off the street

New Year's Eve stay.

Very friendly staff, from the reception to the breakfast to the room cleaning staff, everyone was so nice. Thank you for being so welcoming. We went for New Year's Eve and the hotel was so beautifully decorated.

I had a pleasant, comfortable stay and would recommend

The location was excellent The room ok a bit small Breakfast was very good All staff were very helpful and pleasant

The toilet was not clean when I arrived and the shower had a hair in it. I didn't report it as I thought it would be corrected the following morning but neither of the above problems were sorted

Great place to stay and good value

Contemporary decor, very newly refurbished, lovely and clean, comfy beds. Staff all lovely and friendly, helpful. Would recommend. Very central for Kensington, great location. Breakfast was good value and great choice, cooked to order or from the buffet. Staff in the restaurant were great.

Very close to Royal Albert Hall, very quiet and well presented. Lots of space and comfortable bed

Great location for Royal Albert Hall & good hotel.

The location was perfect for us as we were visiting to attend a show at the Royal Albert Hall. So it was just around the corner. Hyde Park is just at the end of the street so ideal for lovely walks through the gardens & around Kensington. We stayed in room 11 which was great. Nice & quiet, very comfortable bed, large bathroom. Staff were very friendly.
