The only positive aspect of the visit was location.

Absolutely everything was a disaster. We got a first room without hot water, heating, the shower was broken, the closet was dirty and the window was facing the neighbourhood. We were hearing a lot of noise, people talking very loud all night. Last but not least, the security system of the main door wasnt working. Anyone could enter the hotel at any time of the day and night. We were totally chocked. After complaint, we were able to move into a bigger room, which was not better at all. The room was even more dirty, the floor, the walls, the curtains and the bathroom. It was very cold and humid. Run away from this place.

Awful stay

The location

Room 103. The bed was so uncomfortable. A very old mattress with springs which dug in me so hard, very poor sleep.. The window near the bed was cracked which let in the cold in. There was an outside garden table put in the apartment, I could see the 2 chairs outside, not good. Constant noise from fans from other rooms outside which kept me up all night and a glass door with no curtain which let in the light and another room could see in. Kettle and toaster with plug in such a bad place so they where dangerously balanced and could fall. I expect more from a place. Also room very dusty. I will be seeking compensation.

Good location - clean

I liked the location and the cleanliness of the place.

However, we were in studio number 4 , which was in the basement. Next to it there is a courtyard with a door leading to it. Door had glass on the top half which didn't have a blind or frosted glass to avoid people in the studio next door to look into our studio. This was mentioned to the reception staff to put some paper or the like on the glass but said he could do nothing but would pass it onto the management. You need to put something on that door to have privacy for both studios in question. also there were no hand towels provided. The table in the studio is not suitable - it is a garden table and not stable enough for use indoors.
