Pool was lovely Room was clean Couldnt find things like cloth to wash dishes etc Staff were generally friendly and helpful with things like holding onto bags after check out

Cleaning material left in room from cleaners ( although appeared roomed seemed to have been cleaned) Leaking air conditioner - let staff know. They did something with it but it was still dripping and annoying to sleep with. Room was a bit noisy ( but not terrible) No towels easily available for pool Poor instructions given on how to get up to room

wont stay here again - dirty bedding and overcharging without an explanation

close to the places we were going to

the linen was dirty and had hair on the doona. we had to request the linen be changed - when I advised reception they didnt even offer to do this - I had to request fresh linen upon checkin they requested a credit card for a $100 holding bond. this would be refunded to my account on checkout. I checked my bank account tonight and have found the full room booking fee has been deducted from my card. I had actually paid for the accommodation over 2 weeks before our booking date and this was done via PayPal. I have a receipt to verify this. I phone reception to enquire about why the second payment and was advised I need to prove the transaction occurred and wait for the supervisor to contact me. not impressed at all

A brief night in Melbourne

Lovely large space. We had a balcony which made the most of our street view. Everything we needed was provided and certainly looking forward to our return visit in a few days. Unfortunately our arrival was delayed so we missed the pool and didn't get to check out what was around.

The room accommodated 4, we were 3. There were only 2 towels in the room. No wifi code. Apparently it requires a dongle from reception at no cost. It would be nice to be informed of this when checking in. We were ready for bed when we learned this making a trip to reception a right nuisance.

Location, easy parking, good price for a 2-bedroom CBD apartment

Location, car parking close by, friendly staff with easy & prompt check-in, heated pool, lifts servicing the complex were efficient, well appointed apartment for a family.

2nd bedroom is not fitted with a window or air-conditioner. Had to keep the door open in order to get air-flow.
