Hidden gem

Great hospitality from the staff, big rooms and very clean. Exceeded my expectations.

The breakfast is very basic and I think an optional menu could be more beneficial. It was quite noisy outside the hotel and you could hear a lot of it in the room.

Hidden gem. The place to stay.

A beautiful old mansion. A perfect renovation brought back its allure. The property is very well maintained and extremely clean. Good Value for money. Arpel is a perfect host.

The price of the breakfast is a bit high compared to the prices in Istanbul.

Disappointing

Didnt like behavior of the manager of the hotel, was rude and rushed me to pay before check out.

Nothing much actually, except the seaside street

Restaurents, taxi nothing has fixed rate. In the menu they state high price, but in actual you can bargain. They also sometimes charge tax on the food, but it is depended on different restaurents

This is hotel is home away from home. Cozy, with all the facilities and on top of that wonderful and courteous staff. property location is amazing, just five mins from sea, market and all the historical places. The breakfast served at the hotel was one of the best and most generous. 5 stars to be precise

the hotel is beautiful, cozy and spotless and it feels like a home away from home. alper and two other ladies who work there are absolutely amazing. alper is very friendly and helpful. we really enjoyed our stay there.

Great stay in a lovely hotel.

Really good position, a few minutes walk to the Blue Mosque and Hague Sophia plus the tram network. Comfortable boutique hotel, really nice room. Alber the manager was really helpful. Breakfast was good quality.

Overall very good, lovely stay

Expected more for a 5 stars booking classification and I am used to self service breakfast but instead its a kind portion of fruits and some ham and cheese.
