Very cosy , safe and comfortable stay

All amenities and appliances were available for use of guests on as required basis. Very clean and well maintained in a very quite and safe location

Attached bathroom will really boost up the appeal of property. Shared toilets even though not much of problem is a slight let down

Clean, lovely decor and good location.

There was an alarm that went off on what sounded like the floor above which woke us up both nights, quite annoying.

Couple of minor issues: No plug in 1st floor bathroom Room 3 - looked as though there has been a recent attempt to break through the door (lever mark on door and door frame cracked)

The accommodation provides a solid and cozy environment to explore London while allowing for a calm retreat in the evenings. Communications and arrangements with the staff ahead of our arrival have also been great!
