Good for a short but not for a long stay

I stayed for 6 nights during NYE and below are things I like: - Front office and restaurant staff are warm and helpful. - Location is great, walking distance to main attractions in Kuta, next to ATM, spa, convenience store. - Nice sunset view from the rooftop. During my stay, they organized free live performances like music, fire dance, and cocktail course, which were very entertaining. - Has a small gym and free laundry room. - Nice gesture from staff e.g. giving new year presents and free welcoming drink and snack to guests.

- Room is not soundproof. You can always hear loudly when people walk or talk in the corridor or room in front of you opens the door. I even could hear the snore of the person in the next room in the midnight. - Water from shower room always leaks so I had to cover the room floor with towel, but it still make the floor wet. - Very unresponsive housekeeping. During my two nights stay the housekeeping did not clean my room for two days until I had to remind the front office. For once it's tolerable since it was also during high season and staff were busy but not for the second time. - Free laundry but they only have one washing machine and one drying machine, so very challenging to get a turn since it's always in high demand. Would have been better if they provide more washing and drying machine. - Gym equipment is too limited.

Infinity pool great. Convenience to kuta beach

Rooms not cleaned on time. Got back at 4:30 room not cleaned. Had to carry and move our own bags on check out.

Breakfast was amazing - everything was there - local & international food - all type of local fruits, warm and cold drinks - desserts - cake and croissants - egg & pan cake station - location perfect 5 minutes to walk to the beach & restaurants & shops - very clean - staff at all time friendly, helpful and supportive - Rooftop pool with an amazing view of the beach and facing the sun set - hotel provides a free laundry and dryer service - hotel guests just need to provide the detergent - room perfectly equiped with fridge and separate shower and toilet

Very good

This was my second stay at TRIBE Kuta Beach and I once again had a lovely time. A really lovely hotel, modern, clean, friendly staff and amazing location both in terms of the beach and also to shopping, bars and restaurants. The rooftop pool and restaurant are fantastic, surely the best spot to watch the sunset in Kuta.
