I would prefer to stay in Diani compared to Mombasa. Management should work on the Airconditing of the hotel. The place

Good food, great location and service/facilities.

Gym facility could do with equipment refurbishing and perhaps a bit more emphasis paid on entertainment. The bathroom taps in room 323 were not working satisfatorily.

It was a good experience

Breakfast was good, a wide variety of choices to eat from, not a wide variety of juices though but I suspect it is because they were doing fruit of the season for them. Staff during breakfast were alert and quick to serve

The room had no fridge - this should be a minimum requirement in rooms in Mombasa due to the heat. There were no courtesy sandals in the room.

MAJOR CONSTRUCTION WORKS

It is MAJOR CONSTRUCTION WORKS going on in the hotel at the moment. Terrible noise. The workers were drilling and hammering in the wall for hours just outside my room. Worst experience ever with a hotel in Kenya. No information about the works on their website.

We had a blissful week at Travellers Beach Hotel, where we enjoyed the cozy rooms, the delicious food, the lively entert

I stayed at Travellers Beach Hotel with my family of four for a week and we had a wonderful time. The hotel is located on the beautiful Bamburi Beach, with stunning views of the Indian Ocean. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped, and some have a four poster bed that adds a touch of romance. The staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive, and they made us feel very welcome. The hotel has four restaurants that offer a variety of cuisines, from local to international. We especially enjoyed the seafood at SuliSuli and the Indian food at Sher-e-Punjab. The breakfast buffet was also delicious and had a lot of options to choose from. The hotel also has two bars that serve drinks and snacks, and we loved relaxing at the beachside Pwani Kofi with live music in the evening. The hotel has a large lagoon-style outdoor pool that is perfect for cooling off and having fun.

One of the pools on the hotel side was undergoing maintenance so we had to go to the Travellers Beach Club side which is about 7 - 10 mins walk not too bad but quite long when you just need to grab something quick from the room
