I will never stay at this property again. Neither will my family, friends or colleagues

I the look of the hotel and the location.

I paid for my room and went to meet with my friends and when I came back that night I find my room door ajar. I discover a problem with the lock and call the front desk. They tell me they don't have any other rooms, they can't fix my door, and I can't get a refund on my money.

I might stay again but I I might not.

The employees were wonderful and the location was nice and quiet.

The room was not as clean as I would have liked including having a gecko in the shower one night. The pool was terribly cold.

It was clean, and staff was great and very curiosity to us

Pool was cold to be a indoor pool, air conditioning wasn't cooling very well our room was hot also the people above us was very loud and noisy couldn't sleep for all the noises.
