Exceptional

One and only thing that I could not get over was the barn door style bathroom door. It had a gap on the sides with no lock so I had to bolt lock door to room incase housekeeping came and to top it off no vent so it was super quiet. lol Suppose to have another couple come but change of plans thank goodness because that would have made it super awkward.

Will not stay there again due to the pet fee. We will stay elsewhere!!!

Location was close to friends

They are pet friendly but not real friendly. Charged 75.00 for a pet fee. 50% of the room rate.

Great location

Location and parking was great. The room was clean and well serviced.

Couple of times we needed assistance at the front desk and had to wait 5+ minutes before the attendant returned. Once was when the sliding entry doors wouldn't open either from inside or outside. There were several people waiting to check in.

Prefect except for noise.

Proximity to road and easy access. Nice facility.

You could hear a lot of noise and movement above your room and in hallways. Not well insulated for noise.

will never stay there again

I made several calls to the property to try and switch my room from a king bed to two queen beds and they were very rude and would never return my call. The managers would never return my calls either. I ended up having my child travel with me and needed two beds and they were going to charge me 100.00 more for the two nights to have the two beds. I do a lot of traveling and have been a travel agent and have never heard this in my entire life! Staff WASN'T nice at all and wouldn't answer my calls when I would call. Worst experience ever! I have to travel there a lot more to that area and WILL NOT stay there!!!

Respect would have been nice and return calls!!!!! Not real sure why a simple change of room couldn't have been done but they were very rude!
