Very good

All in all the stay was good.

I like the location and I loved the layout of the rooms. I do wish that you had rooms with just normal bathtubs in them instead of just handicap seats in the tubs. I like to relax while on trips and you could not get the seat to even stand up because it hit the wall so with that seat being in the tub, it gave you a very small area to even stand to shower. So the seat should either be able to be removed or raised up to the wall so that you can still relax and take a bath.

While on our stay, we had to end up moving rooms because the heat went out in our first room. So once we had everything unpacked and put away in drawers, or hung up we had to pack everything back up 3 days later to move to another room which was a big inconvience. Then once we got moved to another room, there was a lot of noice from the room above us both nights we were in that room before we checked out. It was almost like there were a lot of kids jumping off a bed or something up until about 1-1:15am.

Will NOT be back!!!

Nice looking hotel

Very loud, we could hear everything outside, including car alarms, horns, loud engines, plus we were put right outside the elevator so we heard people in the halls all hours of the night. Then upstairs at the bar, the drinks are way over priced and to top it off the bartender said she didnt ring in one of drinks right so I needed to add like $12.00 to her tip to make up for it. Id had a few drinks so at that moment I complied, it wasnt till the next morning that I started to get a little upset about it. When we checked out there was no one at the desk, just a basket for room keys so I never got to complain about it. We just wont ever be back, it left a very bad taste in our mouths!!!

I visit Chattanooga monthly. I chose a different hotel for next month.

Very clean. Desk staff friendly.

I visited the WXYZ lounge located on site. The bartender Alexus (long black hair) was very rude, and exhibited an attitude when I walked up. I placed a drink order, began talking to a person at the bar, and she interrupted it to use profanity to tell a story about her bad day. She also was and or had been smoking a vape product onsite because it was in her hand as too. This is a smoke free hotel!
