Disappointing

Cozy but unpleasant because of staff.

The bed & pillows were amazingly comfortable!!

Everyone except the front desk/housekeepers were rude; heavy on the older woman who was the bartender for evening reception & the breakfast cooks. Parking is terrible (you dont have enough parking to accommodate room #s) its a parking frenzy at night.

Superb

The room was spacious and cozy. Even quiet with all the families on my floor with kids.

I wish there was a soap pump or hand soap. All the room had was pumps for shampoo, body gel, and conditioner. I think a hand soap dispenser would be hygienic. I didn't bring my own soap bar due to expecting some form of this in the room. Thanks!
