We loved it!

The room was very nice. We loved that there was restaurants in walking distance. We enjoyed seeing all the progress going on. Many train carts being worked on to turn into rooms. Our little guy thoroughly enjoyed the train carts that we could climb inside.

Only issue was the pillows were wayyyyy too big. Everything was great! We had a blast and will definitely be back with our own pillows ;) Id rather pay $15 more a day on the room than be surprised with $15 a day for parking. Its like Free shipping. $15 out the door just feels better than $10+$5 shipping. Plus you could advertise as the only hotel that doesnt charge its customers to park. Win win!

I thought it was a little expensive to park after paying for the room. Also, where renovations are going on my truck was covered in sawdust. The first night there someone next to us was smoking weed and the smell was very strong in our room.

Superb

Excellent property in the heart of Chattanooga with the most beautiful bathroom.

Room was very nice but the bathroom was gorgeous. Lighting was great and the bed was super comfortable.

Door closed very slow. Maybe needs some oil.

Ok

Location - Pretty decorations.

No Kleenex in bathroom, no trash can liners, only a half roll of toilet tissue and soap container not very full. Also no cream for the coffee in the room. I am not picky, but for that high price these things did not sit well with me.
