Disappointing

Location great and friendly staff

there was a leak through the ceiling at 4am, i was then woken again at 7am being told i needed to move to a new room

Very good

Amazing small rooms, great for when you just sleep in the Hotel

Staff was great and very helpful in accommodating our requests. Location is amazing with 2 tube stations nearby, very central and lots of pups, bars, restaurants and stores around the corner.

Booking portrays all rooms to be 10M2 they are not. They are between 8-12. We went investeren Christmas and NY (very expensive period) and got a 8m2 room which was barely enough to turn around in. Booking should make this clear on their website. Staff was amazing though so all hot sorted in the end.

The room was extremely tiny, no windows, and the bathroom had frosted glass walls (little privacy)

The room was extremely small. Like being trapped in a shoebox. The bathroom had frosted glass walls and a space between the door and the wall, leading to an unfortunate lack of privacy. This place felt more like a hostel at a hotel price.

Disappointing

VERY CRAMPED AND VERY HOT NO AIR CONDITIONING WORKING

LOCATION OF PROPERTY

THE PHOTOS ON YOUR WEBSITE DIDN`T IN ANYWAY LOOK ANYTHING LIKE WHAT THE ROOM LOOKED LIKE OR THE WINDOW VIEW AND ALSO YOU COULDN`T SWING A CAT IN THE BATHROOM , SO VERY DISSAPPOINTED WITH THE AMOUNT OF MONEY PAID , The first photo I kept banging my head on in the shower / second picture is of the very small window with no view Not like the one on website / false advertising ??

Good

we stayed a couple of times at hotel Z and it has always been a pleasure. I was happy to learn that they reinstated the free 'wine and cheese' at 5PM. Location is also great. Staff is really friendly.

...but the noise. We had a room at the street side and we could not sleep at night whatsoever. The Soho fire station is in Shaftesbury Avenue which is quite close. So if you take a room, try to have one at the back of the hotel.

Great location, but that's about it. The room was disappointing and uncomfortable.

A great location, right in the heart of Soho and very convenient for doing things in Central and East London. The concept itself is a good one, small rooms with a decent sized bathroom that serve as a base for being in the city. The staff were polite and I was able to leave my bags in their locked storage room after I checked out, that was very useful.

Unfortunately the room smelled damp and like mould, and the air conditioning didn't make things any better. The bathroom mirror was still dirty when I arrived in the room. There was a service partner there to check the aircon filters when I arrived but he said he'd come back later, I'm not sure if he did. The mould smell persisted and I woke up with a sore throat, it wasn't a nice experience to be in the room. The bed was also incredibly uncomfortable for a hotel, just not soft, I was quite disappointed by that. It meant I slept terribly both nights I was therethe following night I spent at a friend's and slept just fine, so I have to conclude the room contributed quite heavily to this.
