Very good

This was a great place to base our holiday in London.

The double room was small but the twin room was quite spacious. The bus stop was right out the front. The communication from the staff was great.

alright location for your stay in london but its a bit far from the station

- the rooms were clean and provided a kettle (although it wasnt a very high quality kettle) - staff were accommodating as they allowed us to switch rooms

- the bar was closed during our stay :(

Location is good and on site parking Stayed here in summer and was lovely

An alarm of some form going off at 5am for ages disturbing sleep would have had a better sleep in the car Front of building room continuously hearing sirens No on site staff Very disappointed

Alright

A convenient, very tall room with all necessary facilities available. Check in was very smooth and easy, the staff were lovely.

The TV didnt work. There was limescale on the shower, and the kettle wasnt particularly clean either.

Needs improvements

Not too far from Killburn station

The key would get stuck in the lock and you would have to fiddle around with it before being able to get into the room. The radiator didn't heat up the room as it was very poorly placed so when we came back to the room, it was absolutely freezing cold. Not great when you have just been to Wembley and been sat in the cold for hours. The tap in the bathroom isn't configured properly so when you turn the cold tap on, it will eventually go warm and when you turn the hot tap on, it's cold so we were left thinking we had no hot water. We were on the ground level so the noise from the road was awful. I appreciate it's a city and I know there will be noise but the windows do need an upgrade to stop some of the traffic noise. I don't think the windows helped to keep the room warm either.
