Exceptional

Amazing stay and great hotel. The staff were very courteous and helpful. I would like to single out Farhana at front desk for exceptional customer service and helpfulness. Also Ankit at the level 6 restaurant was very helpful during our meals.

Views getting impacted by construction activity. But everything was good.

Pool water is cold

Staff was very courteous

The biggest disappointment was the fact the swimming pool was not heated. Had I known this I would have never booked this property and the Jacuzzi water was lukewarm at the best. Very disappointed!!!

Amazing destination... But at a price.

Best location at mountain summit. Very spacious rooms. Fantastic swimming pool area.

Has some foul sewage type smell coming on & off in exteriors.

Everything . location is wow .

should have more activities for kids like table tennis and something which keeps them occupied . Also live music at night and some good BAR which we did not find in the HOTEL . SHOULD MAKE A PLAN FOR A WEEKEND STAY MEMORABLE .

Superb

In a gist, it was a great stay for the weekend. One must try atleast once.

The staff was cooperative. Its a kid friendly place. Nice and tidy. Service was excellent. View is great. Really liked the idea of free currency for kids to get desserts from various outlets in the hotel.

Since the location is a little far from the town. Basic amenities like medicines might get tough to get.
