EMRE in reception was the loveliest, friendly guy. Fulfilled all our requests and made an effort every time we saw him. We would always have a smile on our face when we saw him!

My stay at The Village Bondi Beach was marred by a widespread cockroach infestation, cramped rooms with insufficient spa

1. **Cockroach Infestation:** The presence of cockroaches in the rooms, beds, bathroom, and kitchen was a major concern, significantly compromising the cleanliness and overall hygiene of the accommodation. 2. **Inadequate Room Space:** The rooms with 4 bunk beds were poorly designed, lacking sufficient space and providing no room to properly store luggage. This made the stay uncomfortable and inconvenient. 3. **Unpleasant Bathroom Conditions:** The consistent unpleasant smell in the bathroom created a stinky and unwelcoming environment. The subpar conditions of the bathroom negatively impacted the overall comfort and cleanliness of the stay.

Genuine vibe like a best destination in world

I love location, staff and environment. I met people from different countries and all were so friendly.

There were heaps of cockroaches and toilet was so small and hard to have shower and windows couldnt able to open and I as getting suffocation.

Despite the busy season, my extended stay was managed by Emre, ensuring a great experience

I want to thank Emre for making my recent stay at the hotel so memorable. Despite it being a high-demand season, Emre managed to extend my stay in the same room without any issues. His exceptional service and attention to detail ensured that my extended stay was just as pleasant as the initial days.

While I appreciate the shared common room concept of the hotel, I noticed that the cleanliness standards could be improved, although it's somewhat understandable given the communal nature of the space.
