Quiet oasis in the centre of SR

The staff are lovely and go out of their way to make sure everything is good Bophann in particular was such a lovely guy, he went out of his way to chat with me everyday - he should be given a raise! Great location and really tranquil inside the hotel itself

A super friendly hotel in Siem Reap close to the night market

Very friendly staff. Always pleasant and helpful. They helped arrange tuk tuks, taxis and tours. Pool area was clean Great location. An easy walk to pub st. and the night market. There was drinking water to refill water bottles and metal water bottles in the rooms. Great to be able to avoid plastic. There were fresh flowers in the rooms and throughout the hotel. On New Year's Eve, the hotel put on a dinner and had a local children's dance group doing traditional Khmer dances. The drinks and food at the hotel restaurant were enjoyable and reasonably priced.

Fabulous hotel in a fantastic location with amazing staff.

The location of the hotel is excellent and the staff can't do enough for you. The food is also very tasty and good value. We would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Siem Reap.

Lovely oasis close to everything!

Lovely staff, very friendly and helpful. The manager is Mr Sophea is awesome! Very clean comfortable room, I felt safe and enjoyed relaxing by the pool. Excellent location, short walk from pub street but quiet little oasis.

Absolutely wonderful hotel in a fantastic location! Lovely and quiet but only a few mins walk from pub street and the markets. All the staff were very welcoming, especially Lily, who helped us book our trip to Angkor Wat and Mr Sochea, who took us there and made it a great experience.

Amazing stay at The Urban

The Urban is amazing! The staff are so friendly and welcoming, and the manager Tommy is very helpful. The grounds of the hotel are really well maintained and the pool area is relaxing with comfortable loungers. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. There are also large, comfortable day beds to chill in. For a hotel so centrally located in Siem Reap, this is great value for money! We would recommend to anyone visiting Siem Reap and would return in the future.

Superb

Relaxing oasis in Siem Reap within waling distance to many restaurants, bars, and spas

Incredibly attentive and helpful staff. They helped us book tours, change money, and answered all our questions. We had Mr. Sochea drive us to Angkor Wat and Mr. Don served as our guideId recommend both. The grounds are well kept and pretty, and we enjoyed the pool very much. The welcome juice and fruit as well as the afternoon tea were both lovely touches.

Wonderful stay!

Everything was perfect, great location with pool and tropical green area. Staff is amazing and helpful and help you to enjoy your staying. They could provide all the information and facilities for your journey. The room and the common spaces are clean and there is free water distributors as it is a plastic free hotel

Amazing!

Everything! The staff is so friendly and attentive. The room was spacious and beautiful, the property was well-maintained and the pool was so peaceful. We arrived early and were welcomed with a delicious drink and fresh fruits and were then able to wait at the pool. I was also able to use the pool after check-out and they had a spare room to shower and change. I also love their efforts towards sustainability. Instead of plastic water bottles, they provided us with canteens. The location is also perfect. Just a few steps away from pub street, but so quiet and peaceful! All in all, we had a lovely stay!

The bathroom could have been cleaner, as a ball of hair from a previous guest was still sticking to the shower wall. Our stay was over New Years Eve and some information that a NYE dinner with a dance show was available at the hotel at check-in would have been great. But overall, I was sad to leave and wish I could have stayed longer. Will definitely return!
