Not as expected.

Staff and the INCA longue

1. Knocking starting 8am in the morning. So you must wake up as the hotel allow construction to start. Parking lot on the side selling card alarms went off the whole night we had to put up with it. 2. On booking.com it said I will get a room which is King with a Balcony did not get balcony on the room.

Though hotel trying to hard on food and there should be more less exotic items available. Omelette for breakfast were extremely poor oily and greasy and one has some black Powder put in it so it looked burnt Black looking food is rarely a winner unless its a squid ink pasta dish of similar

Wonderful and unique offering in Nairobi

Loved the decor as well as the food options. The Peruvian themed restaurant had amazing food and drinks with great service. Breakfast was probably the best I had in Nairobi, it included freshly squeezed juice made to order and proper cafe style coffee. Beds and pillows were nice, as well as the shower.

very well situated but tries too hard without delivering, disappointed.

Very well situated, comfy room and bed (although the blanket is very short)

Very loud, the music from the bars/restaurant was very loud (ie. had to wear earplugs in my room) 3 nights out of 5. Food in the restaurants is good but very expensive. Took 45 minutes to get a plate of pasta. The room service menu is laughably small. The room was ok but there is very little space to put your stuff (no closet or even shelves).
