Lovely staff and service, good hotel - not luxury

Friendly staff - couldnt be more helpful. Good size room with lovely private pool. Good location. Lovely extras such as a free massage and breakfast in the room each day. The hotel has potential but this is not a luxury hotel.

Restaurant food was poor quality and greasy. Attention to detail was lacking - for example holes in the pool towels, dirt under the bed, paint needed touching up. Noisy construction taking place and one restaurant closed.

Amazing forest escape - potential to be a great hotel in the future

The property is beautifully located in the forest with a waterfall and river below - during the night you can hear the waterfall and it is a beauty to sleep to. The room is spacious and has a private pool which is great to chill and take photos.

Questionable cleaning - we once had to ask for new towels because the ones they provided smelled of cigarette smoke. It felt like some staff members were smoking on the grounds. The hotel is not finished therefore there is construction noise. The food is ok, we tried lunch once and thats about it. This place has a big potential that at the moment has not been realized. In contrast to other Bali hotels this was not the best value for money.

We loved the staff so much! As well as the food!

But the bed was not that comfortable and the pool is too quite. Jaccuzzi not very strong water was cold. A part from that 10/10!

Amazing vaction in the jungles of Bali

Very beautiful in the jungle. Lots of nature and nice stay. Tried to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Rahayu was very welcoming and kind. Putu the yoga teacher was a great guide in my journey of relaxation and spirituality.
