All in all- Brilliant

The room was spacious and had all essential amenities at hand. There was kettle,tea, biscuits,coffee machine,iron, ironing board, hangers, fresh towels, soaps, lotion,extra electric heater and central heating system. The bed was soft and sheets were clean. We had sufficient pillows and cushions. There was night light as well. The bathroom was clean and water was hot. It also had a fridge in the room with water bottles.

The bath tub had residual stains of fungus so I didn't use it to give my kids bath. I wish it was fully clear so I don't have to worry at all.

Disappointing

Don't think we will be going back

not a lot really. The staff tried their best to be helpful but didn't succeed in makinbg us comfortable

We did not get the room we requested, a family room with king size bed and walk in shower. It was all so shabby compared with last time we went there

The staff were fantastic friendly, kind, the hotel was great ,breakfast was great, location was great

The bathroom was not good as it had what looked like crap Mark's on the ceiling, and mould on the shower, the mini fridge had a big blob of very old food stuck to the top and the sofa bed for the boys was so thin very uncomfortable. Shame as the rest of the room was fantastic. Still had a fantastic Christmas Eve here with my son's .

We will absolutely recommend and definitely stay again.

The welcome at reception was superb. The complimentary drinks voucher was very welcome indeed. The room was lovely; well appointed and very clean. The breakfast was superb too.

There wasnt anything we didnt like.

Great place.

Our flight was canceled so we were forced to stay one night in London. It is rather close to the airport (25-30 pounds), old style of inn with modern commodities, lots of charm, staff was great, pub food was delicious and very convenient. It made us forget the hassle of the prolonged voyage home. Highly recommend it.

The fire alarm went off right after our alarm clock. Glad to know it works.
