Great stay!

Clean, bright room. Quiet surroundings. Close to the beach. Comfortable bed, good internet, great shower, tasty breakfast, friendly staff!

Ac was a bit weird, didnt work properly. But over all I had very relaxing stay.

Cool , clean hotel in a good location

-Clean, Modern designed room -Friendly staff -Close to the beach / cafes etc but within a quiet hub, so it wasnt too noisy

- The hotel is situated in a long alley way , between the Main Streets and I didnt feel 100% comfortable walking back alone at night . There isnt really anything the hotel can do about that though

Perfect stay!

We stayed 2 nights in The Pergola Hotel and it was honestly the best value for money weve had in the past 2 months of traveling Asia. The room was modern and clean and the staff are exceptionally kind and helpful, especially Sunny made us feel at home! If we ever return to Da Nang we will definitely stay here again!

Definitely recommend this hotel. I stay here for a week. And it was only good experience. Comfy bed and light in room. Clean. Very quiet area with shops, spa and restaurants around. But I want admit super friendly and helpful personal. Girls on reception are brilliant. A special Sunny - Im very appreciative for your help and kindness. Hotel didnt have safe box in room, but its not a problem. I just leave my money on reception for a few days. Recommend recommend will be happy come back one day

Excellent Vacation & Beyond Expectations

Our stay at Pergola Hotel was an excellent vacation. Our room was beyond expectations, the housekeeping staff was efficient, attentive. Ms.Polly helped me to planed out all our trip from designing the perfect travel itinerary to booking all the tickets and transportation (to Ba Na Hills, Hoi An and Hue). They even have a nice garden cafe in the backyard where i did enjoy some of my reading and working. We look forward to returning Best accommodation in Vietnam so far! Strongly recommended!

You get what you pay for!

The staff are welcoming and the rooms are clean. Very small, but convenient underground car park.

On arrival, the hallway, lift and our room had a terrible smell of wet dog. Very strange? The rooms are tired and could definitely do with some attention, the walls & furniture are scuffed and the bathroom could do with a serious deep clean to remove the mould in the shower room.
