for premium price paid would have expected the details above to be sorted

location friendly people and good service clean

limited attention to detail gardens needed weeding items in rooms chipped eg mugs, iron bed a bit old rolled into the middle electrics to tv not good, wires coming out of wall looked messy and possibly dodgy empty shower gel on arrival shower leaked

Great location, friendly staff and comfy beds.

Great central location with (paid) car parking available in the building behind. Short walk to everything in town.

It was quite expensive for what we got but that's to be expected in Queenstown, particularly between Christmas and New Year.

We enjoyed the stay and prefect location and friendly reception and would stay there again

Suggestion to eye to detail in the cleaning. It was ok and tidy but we noticed the blinds in the kitchen hadnt been cleaned for sometime as we closed it to keep the light out and it was very dirty and would need replacing and the microwave hadnt been used in awhile and dust on top of it but it was something that was noted but did not affect our stay in anyway.

Superb

Lovely apartment, superbly situated in town

we were not happy with the location of the room but the lovely lady on reception not only gave us a different room but she upgraded us to a bigger apartment. Wonderful service

Not a fault of the Lofts, but both nights we were there the after hours door was left open
