We enjoyed the view and quietness of this place, would visit again but would eat outside.

The view from the patio were amazing. Rooms were clean. Staffs were very friendly. Breakfast was good.

Dinner was horrible. They did not have ala carte the day we checked in, they only had buffet. Wish we were informed about it in the time we checked in, we would have eaten outside. The buffet was horrible.

Stunning sunrise!

The location is quite uphill Nagarkot which is amazing because of the stunning views. We got to see the gorgeous mountains during sunrise and it was such a blessing because the next day it was very cloudy and nothing could be seen!

The place is far from anything else so there isn't much to do buuut if you enjoy walking, explore the tiny town area about a ten to fifteen minute walk. There are amazing restaurants to feast on down there!

This is surely one of the peaceful and secluded resorts to spend a few days in Nagarkot

The seclusion, the view, and the old heritage feel. Wonderful grades terraces. Delicious food. Very friendly and caring staff.

A beautiful view in a quiet place

- The Fort Resort has one of the best locations in Nagarkot. One can see the Himalayas right in front of the hotel. - The hotel is very quiet and clean. The garden is beautiful. - The staff is extremely friendly. - The breakfast is really tasty.

- It was cold in the hotel room. - Somehow, I did not find the place as cosy as I thought in advance. - Beforehand, I asked the hotel if Mastercard is accepted and I was told it is. However, this was not the case when it was time to leave and pay. Luckily, I had some extra cash with me.

Beautiful place with friendly staff & incredible views

I absolutely loved this place! The building is beautiful but the highlight is definitely their garden and the views of the Himalayas which are spectacular. The room was massive & comfortable & the staff were incredibly kind & welcoming. Finally, the food is absolutely delicious. I told them that I was vegan and they made an effort each time to make sure I had something to eat. Cant recommend this place enough!

Such a great place in Nagarkot. We booked for 2 nights and ended up staying 4. Room 307, totally recommended! Great views over the inner garden which is so serene. Friendly and helpful staff, the food was good. And we were lucky the last morning to see the surrounding mountains. Best view ever!
