Good location and facilities

Room and location was great, swimming pool was most helpful and the kids enjoyed. The nearby restaurants, tram stops and railway station was most helpful. Location, Location, location.

Room airconditioner was not working properly on the floor we were on for the first two nights, Speaking to other guests on the floor they had the same issue. Staff tried to help with additional fans for the bedrooms. Airconditioner for the floor finally fixed on the 3rd day

Very nice staff and in an very ideal location for accessing Melbourne.

Let down with how there was no shuttle bus to and from the airport. When booking this hotel this was the main factor that I chose this hotel for the shuttle service. So I was quite shocked and surprised to discover after I booked that this was happening any more even though it says on booking.com that it says that it is.
