Fantastic stay :)

Staff are very friendly and welcoming, especially Arsana Puspita, Delia, and Ayuita. The location is perfect, almost in the middle of downtown but in a very quiet place. The hotel is designed to make you feel like you are in the jungle and surrounded by nature. Pool is fantastic, and breakfast was great in terms of taste and variety. Had an issue, yet they immediately attended and fixed it and gave us a nice compensation. Overall experience was very good.

Lights in the room and especially the bathroom are very dim. Lots of ants

Disappointing and not as advertised.

Staff are very friendly.

Room not as advertised - description says room features an infinity pool this is incorrect - no rooms feature a pool they have a pool view. Room not ready at check in time. Gym not available. Many steps and steep inclines around the property. Offered compensation of a massage which was not enjoyable - spa was dirt and towel on the massage bed was smelly. Maintenance issues across property - Gaps in the plug sockets in the room, pool surround tiled cracked and broken, decking in need of maintenance.

One of the historic hotels in Ubud. It has a nice pool and bar. Facilities are well managed. White wine at the restaurant was great, too. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. Especially thanks to Ayuita at the reception and our driver Noel. They advised me about many things. The car hire rate was a reasonable price.

The service of the personnel was amazing. I never had such a good treatment. They really helped with everything and I really enjoyed my stay. Many thanks to Dewi and Puspita for their excellent treatment and for their unmatched kindness. I had a great stay and I recommend it to everyone. I will for sure be back next year

Die Lage war toll, etwas zurckgelegen wie eine kleine Oase. Das Gelnde ist hgelig, der Garten und die beiden Pools sooo schn. Die Zimmer sind super, die Betten bequem, alles sauber. Aber das absolute Highlight ist das Team! Danke an Dewi, Puspita & Ayuita, und das ganze Team. Wir werden euch vermissen!
