Sterling Munnar largely disappoints in quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and the value for money. Wonderful management &

Wonderful local management and staff - extremely helpful and will go the extra mile if you ask or request something. Location & beautiful scenary aroun Attempt at adding some activities - sight seeing, paintball, table tennis etc

Poor hygiene and cleanliness Poor quality food in general - breakfast spread is significantly lacking in taste, uncooked or not fully cooked items, no fresh fruits Being remote from Munnar town, there isn't much around, for example eateries / restaurant options considering hotel food is of rather poor quality

Overall it was okay

I liked the Housekeeping service, restaurant. Lawn, activities

1.) While booking it said room had 2 fluttons beds. Receptionist said, there is no such and should be a mistake. 2.) There was bath tub in the image displayed, actually it was too small. 3.) It was 20 kms from actual munnar, so travelling everyday upto munnar and then sightseeing places was little pain and costed more. Could have their own transportation for city drops or atleast nearby bus stop drop(1.5kms)

Food, staff, location, surroundings, resort ambience were top notch!

1. Rooms were not in a good shape. Too old and walls were torn and expensive to call as a 4 star and charging huge amount from customers 2. Room Clean Service was not good. Highly disappointed 3. Indoor games were also charged from the customers. Never saw a hotel or resort doing such act as the customers are already shelling out good amount for the rooms and food. Games Atleast indoor games would have been complimentary. I may not suggest it as its not budget friendly and cost incurred and services provided are not even matching

Beyond Expectations!!!!!

The staff was amazing and location was superb. The executive chef (Rajkumar) team and he himself was so accommodating and took care of the each and every guest , even though the restaurant was full. special thanks to Sajith, Pradeep and Rahul, Ramshidh, Abanesh from the F&B team . The food was so amazing and delectable.Thanks for taking care of all our food requirements choices. The IT person was very professional, in the night I faced the issue with WIFI connectivity, so I informed the reception about it and they send the IT person named Arvind , he helped me to sort out my issue and highly professional. On the whole the whole team was amazing, because they have an amazing leader Mr. Shaiju, we faced lil issue during our stay but he and his team assisted us so well and they called the police as well so that my family should not face any inconvenience during our stay keeping our safety in mind outside the hotel. Thanks to Nabeel from HR team, Shine from HK team, Arun, Gayathri,Rejin, and Anu . Very special thanks to Bala form HK team for taking care of my family as his own. I would like to mention this as well that HK manger and HR manager- Shine and Nabeel came and assisted us with the issue that we faced during our stay which is nothing related to the hotel but they were their whole time assisting us along with Arun, this shows that how the staff of the property is taking care of you , so that your stay goes beyond your expectations. Thank you all and see you soon. Big thanks to the doorman and the security guards as well , sorry I din catch your names. I Will highly recommend this place for staying during your stay in Munnar.
