Good

It was nice especially the bath just let down by small issues

The bath was really nice along with really good water pressure and the room was furnished well. One staff member in particular was quite helpful although i didnt catch her name

Maintenance needed in the rooms. Our one was nice but let down by small things such as bathroom extractor not working, bathroom door too stiff to close and although it didnt affect us silicone around the bathtub was no good could cause problems down the line. We also left our room at 10am and lit the service room light hoping for it to be done on our return but we came back at around 4pm and it hadnt been done. So just an accumulation of small things that would sway me not to stay here again

Good value for money on a Monday evening

As always, the location being centre in the City is great. Bed and bathroom are great.

Rooms are a bit worn out and could do with an uplift.

Hotel in decline

Location

The night club event on the first floor thumbing music until 12 and the lackluster response from staff. Fixtures and fittings showing age and lack of maintenance. Fire escape light not working correctly/flickering directly outside room. Dirty, Broken seals and chips to bathroom ceramics. TV remote not working (batteries!). Door lock gets stuck every attempt to enter the room. The touch light panel is not very responsive to touch. Dirty door jams.(see picture) Lastly the optional service charge they sneak on the bill. Don't stay in room 303... better yet avoid this hotel for the money altogether.

Great location , nice rooms but too expensive for what you get.

. Location was fantastic, loved the dyson hair dryers

Response from the concierge by email never happened despite a few trys. Breakfast was expensive, better to go to the train station, lots of options there We stayed twice during our visit for 3 days each time. Same price but second room was quite a bit smaller.

Overall a fabulous experience

Everything we needed and more. Excellent comfort.

Just one occasion one Staff member was not very helpful or interested in a request for taxi service info. Plus not keen on publicly being asked for 5percent tip for Staff as we checked out.

I wanted to change the date , it was the same price but they refused. I couldnt make the original date so I lost the 271. I wont be using this hotel again.
