Very poor

I had a bad experience at Soul choosing the hotel based on pics(not accurate) & odd stain policy

location was decent

The policy on stains and the pool and sun bathing area with bar was poor at best

lots of extra fees (pool for extra fee) pictures of the room are very different from reality sometimes no hot water balcony door wont lock

Disappointing

Better stay elsewhere

Not 100% certain but I think money was taken from my room. Poor cleanliness. Bathroom walls looked like they hadn't been cleaned in months. Other dried fluid spills on floor.

We enjoyed the location and breakfast for a short stay while exploring outside during the day.

Breakfast and location are nice.

Good

Room on the top floor. Lots of noice from the air condition unite and pool above. I had no warm water for the whole stay. They said they going to fix it and they didn't. When I asked what compensation I can get during check out, they only deducted few pesos for the local taxes which was a joke.

Definitely not a 5-star!

- The location was great, right by the 5th Avenue. - The staff was super friendly and extremely helpful. If it wasnt for the fantastic people working there, our rating would be way lower.

- Facilities are old. - Shower doesnt work properly. The pressure is low and it takes forever until the warm water comes along. - At times, the water would be completely gone (in the toilet, sink and shower). - The safe didnt work. - There was no complementary water in the room (or anything else, for that matter. No tea, coffee, kettle, etc.) - It wasnt properly clean - dirty sheets with blood stains.

The service was appalling, charged us more than what was agreed on booking.com!! No actual breakfast, no house keeping, towels were barely cleaned! Tried charging us extra for tax as well, could have booked elsewhere
