My favorite place!

Everything is amazing.

We couldn't get a reservation on the restaurants. The line in check in can take long. In our check out, we couldn't eat after 6 pm.

We went to 5 parks during the stay so didnt get chance to explore more inside hotel. But it was very nice experience. W

It has everything you need for vacation!

AC made the room too cold, we were never able to reserve a restaurant, and the restaurants always had a 2 hour line

Great honeymoon, avoid the destination club talk.

Everything included/the property

The reservation only restaurants were super hit or miss! They target you for a meeting about their destination club for 90 minutes, really its 3 hours of them trying to sell you a convoluted time share and refuse to take no for an answer. Really ruined our trip.

The room was so nice, the parks were amazing, the tours were great, the food was so delicious and the overall experience was so exceptional that it make me feel I was in paradise.

Just a couple of employees were not very nice. But most of them were really friendly.

My dream vacation

The place is beautiful, the room was comfortable and very clean. All the restaurants are great and the food is amazing. The staff was very kind and always helpful. I was celebrating my birthday and they left a nice surprise in my room.
