It was a great experience.

The location, the cleanliness, the front desk staff was very helpful and kind. My stay was so peaceful I will definitely book at this hotel again!

The minute you walk in, the hallways smell really clean and fragrant. The rooms were clean and well worth the price. Their breakfast was delicious and had variety which I appreciated because Im diabetic.

The bathroom wasnt the cleanest. The tub was rusty and shower head leaking. Was not what I expected out of a hotel if this name. Id imagine that most rooms are run down. The staff was polite. Breakfast was hot.

Bathroom was not clean. The tub was rusted. We did not feel clean after showering. Showe head leaked. The entire room smelled like urine. It was terrible. Im done.

Always check for bugs!!!

The rooms are large. Full kitchens stocked with plates, cups, silverware, etc. There is a dishwasher and 2 burner stove. Very nice if you need to stay for a few days. Large bathroom. Full size couch.

Our first room had roaches. I have a picture of the roach in dishwasher. The staff was great about switching rooms, but we should have been given a discount. We pay a $100 deposit so what about when the rooms arent cleaned properly. The second room smelled awful. It smelled like something was burned. It was either coming through the AC/heat vent or the last people to stay in our room burnered something and the smell was in everything. It was awful.

Disappointing

Nice size room and facility looked nice from the road.

Carpet in hallway and stairwell was filthy. should have been trashed years ago. Carpet in the room was dirty and overdue for cleaning.

Didn't have the breakfast. Location was ok.

The fridge and a/c were very noisy. There was a dial inside the fridge that if I turned the noise would stop but eventually start again. The fire alarms went off around 3am, the front desk said they were working on trying to fix it. It finally stopped and once we laid back down it went off again. It was now around 3:45 or 4 am and the alarms stopped but people staying there were noisy from the incident and it took a while to get back to sleep.

Passable

It took us three rooms to find one serviceable. The first one had a non working electronic entry lock; the second had a non working air conditioner; the third was fine. We could not check in when we arrived because the entire electronic security system was out of order.
