Decent place with easy access on MG Road.

It is easy to find the place on the MG Road. Few shops are available within 500 meters.

Except for the person at the reception, other staff were so loud. Easily intimidates the guest the way they speak. Maybe they don't mean to, but it is slightly disturbing. Not having a restaurant or to get a tea/coffee in the morning is a turn off. There is no kettle in the room either.

Unempathetic, inexperienced staff who did not care about the well-being of the customer.

The property is located in a commercial part of town. It is well connected , and not far from the local railway station, and bus station.

The air conditioner in the room was not working, and being summer it was extremely humid and warm. I had to deal with someone who was unwilling, or unable to process my request for either getting the air conditioning fixed or getting my room changed. It is only after repeated requests that a room change was affected, at 1 am at night. I had to literally station myself in the reception and demand a change in the room before it was made available. The excuse given was there is no room available, but there were rooms and they were unwilling to make it available for me.

location nearby, BED is so comfy and a/c is superb cool and the room is very very much spacious with working table for laptop and all are good, very good, BEST stay

late Night entry Main door locked, but the security was helpful to unlock the door around 1am
