Exceptional

Enjoyable and relaxing would stay again

The hotel is very central for the terminals and beautiful rooms, very clean and very comfortable beds. It was the start of our honeymoon and Sofitel helped us celebrate which was lovely. Breakfast was great too.

Cold water tap in bathroom just runs hot water- a complementary bottle of water in room would be excellent

Disappointing

Room was exceptionally noisy we had to call the front desk and even after a technician came and identified the noise being somewhere else and said he'd fix it, it did get less noisy but still loud enough to disturb our sleep. We never received our requested wake up call.

Waiter in the restaurant was great, the fish batter on the fish and chips was terrible but the short ribs were great.

Comfortable and convenient

The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the interconnecting rooms for families are very helpful. The bathrooms are well equipped. The hotel is coinvent to access Terminal 5 and the staff are very helpful at check in and check out times. The hotel breakfast was fresh and extensive.

accommodation very good shpere bar very bad

room was very clean and had everything required. Good tea and coffee and free WIFI easy to log into.

Sphere restaurant and bar was disappointing. We ordered fish & chips and a burger waited 40 minuets and when it arrived food was cold had to wait another 25 for replacement and disappointing, batter on fish wasn't crispy burger burnt and overall still not very hot. Chap at table next to us had ordered before us and was still waiting after ours had been brought out twice. He waited 1 hour 45 mins for his food. Very bad service and if staying here again would not use this bar/restaurant or recommend to friends.

Poor

Hoping for a restful stay before an early flight . Got the opposite. Luxury brand but it is not all about marketing. Tra

Room was comfortable. Upgraded to King because of check in wait.

Room service was terrible both service and food. Wrong drink order . No bottle opener. Turkey club was soggy and the meat was tough . Worst of all I woke up with stomach cramps at 3:00 am . The final revenge from the club sandwich.

All is superb quality in Hotel, except not easy to pull the luggages while walking on the carpets.

All was good.

It is difficult to carry on the luggage on the carpets between airport and the Hotel including the carpets in Hotel. There should be a passage without the carpets to facilitate rolling the wheels of laggages.

Not the comfort we were looking for. Disappointed.

Convenient location

Staff seemed poorly organized. Check in process took 40 minutes, with multiple people around complaining to other staff. Seemed like they had a bit of a situation, perhaps overbooking. When we finally were assigned a room, it was not the type of room we had booked, but they didnt tell us. A couple of things didnt work in the room. TV in the bathroom didnt work, and soap dispenser didnt work. In the morning, we were woken up by staff at 8am, telling us they needed the room because it was connected to another room and they needed both for an early check in. We got in late and were not ready to leave by 8am. They aknowledged it was a mistake, but they still woke us up and made us upset to have that situation going on first thing in the morning.
