Nice hotel, terrible noise from airplanes

Big, clean room. Nice breakfast included. Swimming pool and sauna! Great lobby bar.

Terrible, almost contious noise from airplanes. We did not sleep many hours because of the noise.

The location, the fitness center and the friendly staff

The Christmas light crowd! I checked in and there were people everywhere. It was loud and unexpected but I understand the event was put on by the city.

Nice posh hotel

We arrived slightly early before check in time and were allowed to check in. Room was clean & spacious. Comfortable bed. Toilet was clean and bright. No bath tub. Only have valet parking @ usd47. there was a seating area at level P to claim the car, its pretty convenient. Wifi chargeable @ $15/day.

Location good; everything else is disappointing

The lobby hallway smelt bad; the doors to the street were non-functional meaning you needed to walk around the entire complex to get in; the receptionists were unfriendly and aggressive; after I checked in, the room's tissue dispenser was empty and no water had been provided.

Good rooms, poor tech, mediocre service.

The rooms were comfortable and it was the location of a wedding we were attending. I purchased 3 rooms.

The tech doesnt work. They have tried to make this a smart hotel, but the TV was having connectivity problems, and the automated concierge would always route us to the wrong place, requiring us to call the front desk anyway. We would have ordered room service, but because it was so difficult, we opted to have one family member go out to pick up an order.

Location was nice

The company in charge of the valet was HORRIBLE! They valeted my lifted truck, and then went to the mall to do some shopping and when I came back they refused to take my truck. After wasting 1 hr talking to the valet manager and the hotel manager I was forced to park my truck outside in an open parking lot where homeless people can just break my window. Really pissed me off that AFTER they valeted my truck they wouldnt accept it due to clearance issues even though it didnt hit anything. The hotel manager was a jerk and didnt help me at all, I would not recommend this hotel at all. They even charge my card twice!! And had to go back and forth just to get the second charge off my card

Nice room and location. Recently refurbished. Very nice cocktail lounge.

In room guest services very uneven. Request for turn down service was accepted by staff but not done as promised.

Location is convenient for business related stays. Near the convention center.

Water leaks from the glass doors in the shower and spreads all over the bathroom floor. It is unfortunate as it is dangerous and annoying. The automated flushing does not work properly, it started on its own late at night. The automated lights in the bathroom turn off while taking your shower, again dangerous.
