We loved this hotel!

Beautifully remodeled hotel that has been there a very long time. They remained true to the original model during remodel, I loved it.

Parking. There is a parking lot right across the street if you don't use valet so don't get swindled farther down the street. We walked a block w luggage cuz I'm too cheap to 50 per day for valet but saw parking lot right across the street after we paid a block away.

You would expect much more from the Westin brand.

The location is convenient if you dont have a car. Rooms are dated.

Watch out when booking this property. The location is downtown, prepare to pay an extortional rate of $49 per night for mandatory vip parking not advertised in the listing if you plan to have a car. The towels are old, feel like sand paper. The coffee bar in the lobby consists of to household grade kuerig machines with cheap, generic pods.

I called to upgrade my room to a two-queen bed; I was informed it would be accommodated. The manager was rude and stated a request does not mean I would get it. Terrible customer service.

the hotel is run down and needs major upgrades, not worth the money or the customer service I received. Never staying there again.

Did not use any amenities at the hotel. The location was centrally located which was nice that we were able to walk to nearby coffee and restaurants.

I probably not stay at the location again. The hotel is old. The room was small.

The location was in walking distance to where I was going

I couldn't close the window and it was cool in the room. I also couldn't adjust the temp to increase the heat. I also did not like the shower and the tile floor in the shower. It was cold.
